Order Not Delivered
If your order has not been delivered within 50 days of shipment, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
Before issuing a refund, we may ask you to confirm the shipping address and check with your local carrier or post office.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.

Returns
Due to the nature of our products and international shipping costs, we do not require customers to return items unless specifically requested by our support team.

Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
PetPalPort is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of being placed. After this time, the order may already be in processing and cannot be changed.
